Caesar #03-093 (Fostered in Twin Cities Metro Area) Hi, my name is Caesar and I am a one year old (?) stray from Iowa. I am a big dog and my foster family says my name should have been bear as I look like a bear cub when I run. I am up to date on my shots and am going to be neutered next Monday. I am a very gentle guy who gets along very well with other dogs and kids. My foster family does not know how I like younger kids as theirs are 9 and up. My only downfall is that I am not fully house trained but my foster mom says that is going to change. Have a look at my pictures and if you are interested in adopting me please let RAGOM know.
UPDATES: 5/17/03: Hi everyone it is me Caesar again. I just wanted to let you know that I am feeling much better now and have found my forever home. I am going to be living with Chris W. My foster parents told me when I left that they will miss me a lot but they know I will have a good life. Good luck Caesar and Chris. We hope you have a wonderful, loving life together! 5/12/03: Hi everyone it's me Caesar here. I just wanted to let you know that I am over my kennel cough but now I have some blood in my stools. My foster mom is a little worried about what is going on and is taking me to the vet tomorrow. My foster parents took Faith 03-087, Duke 03-101 and I for a walk tonight and Faith and I found a nice big pond that we were allowed to go swimming in. Unfortunately for my foster parents we got really muddy because we rolled in dirt after we got out. Here are some pictures of us nice and dirty!! We will let you know how things work out tomorrow.
4/28/03: Well my foster mom took me to the vet this morning for my surgery and found out that I have a mild case of kennel cough :-( I am now starting meds and we are hoping this will help me out. My foster mom thought I was coughing because I like to eat the fur she gets off of me after brushing so I need to be watched carefully when I get my brushing. Well wish me luck and we will send you another update in a week. 4/23/03: Well I am on day 3 with my foster family and so far I love it. My foster mom says how proud she is of me because I have not had any more accidents in the house :-) I love to play and get attention. I don't fetch for my foster family but maybe I am still shy!! I am a very big boy who has a whole bunch of fur and does NOT like a bath. My foster mom wrestled with me for almost 1/2 hour in the tub before I would settle down enough for her to bath me. I needed one as I really like to lay down outside and get a little dirty but we got a lot of my coat brushed out and I look very handsome :-) I would love to meet a family who has time to exercise me and give me a lot of love. I am going to have my surgery (my foster family won't say for what to me but I am sure you all know) on Monday and would like to possibly meet my forever family before then so we can get together as soon as possible after that. Please let RAGOM know if you would like to meet me. |
