Wendy Weinand, owner of Ruff Cuts in Shoreview, MN, will donate her grooming services to RAGOM. The condition of the dog when it comes into RAGOM determines if Wendy will donate her services. She is a professional groomer, and the only State licensed grooming School in MN. She would like to use the worst of the worst dog coats to teach her students the proper way to groom a dog.
